Class Details:
Come learn the basics of home canning! This class covers both water bath and pressure canning methods, hot and cold packing techniques, jar and lid quality, and the various types of canners. You’ll discover how to safely preserve food at home, how to confirm it’s safe, how to properly store your canned goods, and much more. We’ll walk through the entire process step by step. This class is ideal for beginners who have never canned before, as well as experienced canners who want to brush up on the finer points. All skill levels are welcome!
